Built because we ran the practice.
Practice OS is built by Physicians' AI, a team of physicians and operators. It started as the operating picture for a real dermatology practice - the owner needed to know how the practice was doing without spending nights in spreadsheets - and grew into a platform when we built a second view for the practice's accounting firm, to that firm's written month-end and tax workflow, and a third for the MSOs that operate groups of practices.
What we believe about this category.
Practice software fails in two ways: it replaces systems that did not need replacing, or it reports numbers nobody can trace. We built against both. Practice OS reads the systems a practice already runs, and every figure it shows can point to the records behind it.
We publish what is true: features that ship, integrations that exist, numbers with sources. Where this site describes direction rather than product, it says so in plain words.
