Portfolio view
Comparable books across every practice you operate.
Groups do not fail at ambition; they fail at comparability - every practice on different systems, closing differently, reporting differently. Practice OS starts by putting every practice's operations on the same basis.
The MSO view, shipped.
Portfolio and readiness
- One row per member practice on the same basis as the practice's own overview - charges and receipts month to date, open A/R, days in A/R, net collection, expenses, providers and payroll burden - with a 12-month trend and a way into each practice
- A readiness rollup: how far each practice is toward standardized books, dimension by dimension
Compare and members
- Member practices side by side, with operating figures from each practice's own systems and costs read off one standard chart of accounts, so ledgers that share no account names still land on the same rows
- A member list with each practice's BAA status: patient-level figures open only where the practice has recorded its BAA with the MSO, and everything else stays de-identified
- Invite a member practice, or ask for access to one already on the platform - the practice approves
Underneath it.
- True multi-practice tenancy: each practice's data is its own, access is granted per practice and per role, and cross-practice access without a grant is refused and audited
- The same close discipline everywhere: preparer/reviewer sign-off, locked periods, tamper trails - one standard across every entity
- One standard chart of accounts, with each practice's QuickBooks accounts mapped to it by its accounting firm
- A guided onboarding pathway per practice: agreements, connections, first data load with ingest gates
What comes next.
Per-provider and per-FTE benchmarks. Today the compare shows each cost as a share of revenue, because the platform does not yet compute an FTE figure, and it will not show a benchmark it cannot source.
The standard chart of accounts stays marked as proposed until an accounting firm has reviewed and confirmed it. If you operate a group, the useful conversation is about your consolidation basis and your data reality. That is the demo we would rather do.
