Platform

One operating picture, read from the systems you already run.

Practice OS is not an EMR, not an accounting system and not a payroll service. It is the layer that reads all three and gives the owner - and the people the owner invites - one current, cited view of how the practice is doing.

The principles the platform is built on.

Your ledger stays yours

QuickBooks remains the system of record. Practice OS reads from it and writes nothing back. If you leave, you lose a lens - your books, their history and your vendor relationship are untouched.

Every figure cites its source

Each number carries where it came from and its as-of date, and clicking an aggregate opens exactly the records it counted. A value that is not known yet shows as not known - never as a confident zero.

People approve; software drafts

The AI drafts follow-ups, summaries and recommendations, always labeled and always waiting on a person. Nothing sends itself, and nothing a model wrote is passed off as a measurement.

The modules.

Analytics & financial statements

P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow views from your QuickBooks pulls; expense drill-downs; provider productivity from your charge data.

Analytics →

Revenue, A/R & payor performance

Collections against charges by month and provider, A/R aging with a working queue, and payor-level allowed amounts from your own remittance history.

Revenue →

Accounting & tax workspace

The two-sided module: document requests, month-end close with dual control, quarterly estimates, filings, notices and the question loop - shared between the practice and its accounting firm.

Accounting & tax →

Portfolio view

The multi-practice layer: a portfolio of member practices, a readiness rollup and a compare on one standard chart of accounts, on per-practice tenancy with role-scoped access.

Portfolio →

Three sign-ins, one set of records.

The practice, its accounting firm and its MSO each sign in to a view of their own, and all three work the same records. Any side can invite the others, and the practice approves every connection. How the three views connect →

The Practice OS overview dashboard built from demonstration data
The overview - demonstration environment, synthetic data.

Current, not real-time theater.

The picture is as fresh as your systems' own exports and pulls, and it says so: every tile carries its as-of date. Recent months in accrual views read low until claims close - and the dashboard tells you that too, instead of letting a half-settled month look like a bad one.

Walk through the platform on a live instance.

The demo runs on the real product with demonstration data - not slides.
