What is never charged for.
Invitations, portal accounts and counterparty views - inviting your accountant, onboarding a practice, adding a staff login, granting your MSO a view. A practice that its firm or its MSO adds starts on the free Practice Portal. Charging for those would tax the collaboration the product exists to create. This is a design rule, not a promotion.
Your ledger stays yours
QuickBooks remains the system of record. Leaving Practice OS loses a lens, never your books.
Flat, stated fees
Fees never vary with what you collect from patients or payors. No percentage-of-collections, no surprise meters.
Trials in writing
Design-partner and trial terms are written: no charge during the trial, thirty days' notice before any charge begins.
